Education Technology Partner

Every school in Ghana, on one platform.

We build technology for Ghana’s education sector. Our enrolment and admissions platform is the national standard, and we work alongside institutions, government agencies and non-profits to fix the problems underneath — not just the paperwork on top of them.

Why we exist

The problems are structural, so the fixes have to be too

Ghana’s education system is not short of effort. It is short of infrastructure — the unglamorous kind that makes a record findable, a decision accountable and a payment traceable. That is what we build.

01

Admission still costs a journey

A scratch card, a bus fare, a queue, and a form that has to be carried back. The cost of applying falls hardest on the families least able to absorb it, and it is entirely avoidable.

02

Institutions run on paper they cannot search

Enrolment, attendance, results and fees live in ledgers and spreadsheets that cannot answer a question at the moment it is asked — least of all a question about a single student.

03

The sector cannot see itself

Policy is set against data that is late, partial or manually aggregated. Reliable, current, national numbers change what ministries and funders are able to decide.

The platform

Admissions end to end — and the school management system underneath

Enrolment is where an institution meets a student. Everything after it — records, timetabling, attendance, assessment, fees — is the same system, built on the same records, so nothing is entered twice.

  • A national directoryEvery senior high, technical, nursing, teaching and tertiary institution in the country, searchable by region, programme and residency.
  • Direct application and paymentApply from any device, upload documents with a camera, pay with mobile money. No scratch card, no intermediary, no travel.
  • An admissions console institutions actually useReview, decide and communicate at volume, with every action timestamped and attributable.
  • School management on the same recordsStudent records, timetabling, attendance, assessment, fees and boarding — continuing from the admission rather than starting again.
Status

Launching soon

The admissions platform is in final testing with pilot institutions ahead of the next admissions window. If you run an institution and want to be part of that first cohort, we would like to hear from you.

Partnerships

We work alongside the sector, not around it

Technology does not reform an education system on its own. We build with the institutions that run it, the agencies that govern it and the organisations that fund it.

Institutions

Senior high schools, technical institutes, colleges of education, nursing colleges and universities.

  • Admissions and enrolment on one platform
  • A public profile the institution controls
  • Decision turnaround they can be held to

Government agencies

Working to national standards, with data that supports policy rather than complicating it.

  • Registered with the Data Protection Commission
  • Built to GES and GTEC reference data
  • Reporting that reflects the real register

Non-profits and funders

Delivering programmes through infrastructure that already reaches schools nationwide.

  • Bursary and scholarship adjudication
  • Measurable reach, by region and institution
  • Access for schools without on-site IT

You cannot serve a system you have not measured

Before writing a line of the platform we assembled the national register of every institution in the country. This is the scale of the system we are building for.

Initiatives

Beyond admissions

Enrolment is the entry point. The harder work is what an institution does for the three years after a student walks through the gate.

School management

Student records, timetabling, attendance, assessment, fees, boarding and bursaries — the daily operations that decide whether a school runs well. Built to work offline, because a register has to be marked at 07:40 whether or not the network is up.

In development. Sequenced deliberately behind proven admissions adoption.

Access and equity

Digital admissions remove a real cost from families. We measure that reduction, by region, and report it rather than assert it.

Sector data

A current, sourced national register of institutions — open to the agencies and researchers who need it.

Let’s talk about your institution

Whether you run a school, an agency or a programme, the conversation starts the same way: what is the problem you cannot currently see?
